I had to modify the bias insertion significantly. There seem to be more versions of this amplifier. Apparently I had a version no-one described (with feedback loops -and- laser tuned stubs). Right: modified bias insertion, left: to be modified. I could not get the resistance of the bias insertion circuit lower than 2 ohms. Therefore I modified/simplified it.   (6/13)
