This is the famous PA6NL coaxial triple 7/16 switch. On the left, the 432 MHz TX feed, in the middle the Aircell 1/2" cable, and on the right a CF739 MESFET preamp with an NF of 0.7 dB. (Hint: look at the red switch, with the green/yellow and blue wires on it. This is the relay return and clarifies why PA6NL does not have problems with (blowing up) preamps on the East system.
